Baggy Shirts was founded in July 2007 by Jan Ramos and business partner Dana Miller from their concern about global
warming and the harmful over-production of paper and plastic bags. Baggy Shirts’ multi-use, reusable bags are made
from recycled shirts.
Baggy Shirts owners and artisans work from home, slashing carbon emissions by 95% over a daily round-trip drive.
Artisans are paid an above average wage for their industry. The entire recycled shirt is used wasting nothing in
the production process.
